First of all ,they have to develop the management skills and train the waiters well as regarding to the customer comments someone said that the waiters are so friendly but they don’t know how to treat customers .In addition, the location has been rated in the marketing report 36% so  to solve this problem I recommend relocating the restaurant to a newer and good part of the city. Moreover, the restaurant needs to revise the marketing strategy because advertising are not effective at all, they should use technology or otherwise modern marketing methods to reach the highest number of customers even in the weekdays. Finally, the restaurant should update the atmosphere because the customers find that the dining rooms are boring.
