Great Topic: but very controversial, be sure to not offend the real    judges.
You seem very interested and well-educated on your subject.
This presentation is very well put together and i can tell you worked hard on it.
Your pictures are sometimes pretty biased-looking.
Keep in mind that videos will add to your run time.
That said, the video you showed us is very powerful and drives home your argument.
Work on your opposition. Be sure to mention that not all cops act this way, and they're not all bad.
Also, media outlets are sometimes tied to a political party, so you don't want to necessarily show that you possibly support one or the other, because some people will ignorantly automatically disagree with a source that they don't believe in.
