By January 2026, 100% of grade-level and content-area teams will engage in monthly data meetings to analyze student achievement and progress monitoring data (e.g., formative assessments, benchmarks, and progress monitoring tools). These teams will use a common data protocol to identify student needs and adjust instruction accordingly, as evidenced by team meeting agendas, planning documents, and instructional adjustments documented through lesson plans or coaching notes. The goal is to ensure that all students experience targeted, data-informed instruction that supports academic growth and achievement.

By the end of the 25-26 school year I would hope to see the school increase both reading and math achievement by 10% in our MAP results through a more effective use of data analysis, engaging lessons and our WIN blocks where students will have their individual needs met to improve their achievement.

By September 2025, I hope to see a section of grade nine Reading and Math Tier 2 intervention, taught by general education teachers, because then students who are identified by MAP data will have the extra instruction needed to close gaps.

Each meeting will include at least 30 minutes of structured collaboration time for teachers to co-develop instructional materials and share effective strategies. Progress will be measured through quarterly staff feedback surveys, classroom observations, monthly walk-through data, and documented evidence (e.g., lesson plans, student work samples) showing increased use of cognitively engaging practices across grade levels.

Success will be measured by a 20% increase in the use of reinforcement strategies (as tracked by observation tools or staff check-ins), a reduction in behavior referrals, and positive feedback from staff and students on school climate surveys.
