"I think social media should have some limits for teenagers because it can affect their mental health. For example, spending too much time online can make teenagers feel lonely or stressed. But, social media is also helpful because it helps us talk to our friends and family. I believe teenagers should use social media for a few hours a day, so they can balance their time between studying, hobbies, and talking to others."

I believe that social media has become an essential part of everyone's life in this era. While people often talk about its benefits, no one discusses its harms. One of its most dangerous effects is psychological harm. There are many videos that are not suitable for young children, such as violent and criminal content, including murder and theft. This might instill in children the idea that they should become like those individuals, making them more violent or even criminals.

Additionally, there are harmful videos where someone hurts another person or even themselves, which may lead viewers to imitate them without thinking. This can cause depression or even lead to suicide. I know people who took their own lives after watching such content, and not all of them fully understood what they were doing—they were simply imitating what they saw.

On the positive side, social media facilitates communication, but I believe its negative effects outweigh its benefits. Strict laws should be enforced to regulate the time spent on social media and the type of content being watched.

muhamed asadi

Social media can impact teenagers' mental health, causing issues like anxiety and low self-esteem due to comparisons. However, it also helps them stay connected with loved ones. A balanced approach is key: limit usage to two hours daily and encourage breaks for hobbies and outdoor activities to enjoy its benefits without harm. - Najwan Darwesh

Social media plays a significant role in influencing teenagers' mental well-being. It provides an effective way to strengthen communication with friends and family, which can foster a sense of belonging and emotional support. Additionally, these platforms offer opportunities to explore educational content and develop new skills, which can contribute to a positive self-image. Social media also allows teenagers to express their thoughts and feelings openly, helping them build confidence and emotional resilience. However, with proper parental guidance and supervision, it can be ensured that social media remains a positive tool for nurturing their mental and emotional health.

There should be a specific daily time limit for using social media with friends—3 hours a day, divided into smaller sessions—to help reduce addiction and feelings of loneliness.

I thin Social media can have a significant impact on adolescents' mental health, often promoting unrealistic standards that lead to anxiety and depression. However, it also offers valuable support networks and raises awareness about mental health issues. While it's an excellent tool for maintaining connections with friends and family, especially over long distances, balancing online and offline interactions is crucial. To ensure a healthy balance, fair rules should include setting daily or weekly time limits,

Teenagers might face cyberbullying, feel bad about themselves because of fake images online, or spend too much time comparing their lives to others.

I think that social media are not good and not bad for teenagers , It has positives and negatives . They can benefit from them depending on how they use them. For example, yes, social media can help them communicate with their friends and family, and this is positive, but excessive use of them may lead to psychological problems that negatively affect a person’s mental health. In my opinion, in order to be fair to teenagers, the only solution is that the use of social media , yes, should be limited. This is to protect their psychological health, reduce negative influences, and encourage them to spend more time with their families, do activities, or practice hobbies, and not use social media daily.

And this will help them a lot and will change their day.
