We are students from Grade 7 at Vinschool the Harmony and we are writing to you with a request to improve our neighbourhood. 

Firstly, we would like to talk to you about the school speed limits because recently we have had some complaints about students almost getting injured by a vehicle. So we are here to talk about the new speed limit which is 15 miles per hour, I think it is a perfect limit because it is slow enough for students to see the car incoming so they can move out of the way. 

Secondly, we are thinking that our neighbourhood looks very drab so we are trying to paint many murals on many different kinds of buildings and personally I think it can improve citizens' friendliness and interactions by a lot because different colours can make you feel many different things. The mural can also be painted with luminescent paint so people can see at night if they are lost and the paint can create a beautiful image at night which I think many people will enjoy.

Finally, we would like to plant more trees and flowers if possible because the neighbour has lots of extra fertilizer which I think is good for planting lots of flowers and trees but the only problem is we need a large group of people to water every plant every day so our suggestion is to recruit many people with a little funding from the council to create a beautiful neighbourhood that people can enjoy.

We hope that you can consider all our suggestions fairly and if you have any extra budget for people who can help us plant flowers and trees.

I am Nhat Quang, a student of Vinschool Harmony's high school. Our neighbourhood is really good but it still have some problems. The idea that I want our neighbourhood to do for improving our neighbourhood is using the community activities building as the main holder of community events.

Currently, when I am writing this letter, the building is still being used as a storage place for waste construction materials, which is a pity because building this community building cost a lot of money and time but we don’t use this gorgeous building for anything. Instead, we use it for storing waste construction materials which is a waste of resources because this building use could be really good for holding big community events, ceremony and announcements. Last but not least , we could use this building as a symbol of the area and unite people in the community together in the area's events.

Another idea that I want to talk about is that we could clean the area border’s river because there are many construction sites are near the river and they discharge a lot of toxic chemicals into the river which make it unclean and sometimes in some places, it smells really bad. That’s why I request we should mobilize publics workers to clean the river . Finally, I think we should remind the construction site owners to not discharge wastes into the river to keep the river more clean.

I am a year 7 student at Vinschool The Harmony and in my ESL class at school, I am currently being asked by my teachers to do a project about our community. So that is why today, I am writing this letter to you to suggest some ideas that you can maybe use to improve our neighbourhood.

For me, Vinhomes Riverside is a peaceful and beautiful community where you can really relax your mind and be one with nature. It has everything that you would need such as a shopping mall, restaurants, and swimming pools,... However, there are still some problems that exist in the community.

The first problem that I want to mention is that there are not many places where you can park your vehicles. This leads to many inconveniences such as the fact that people have to park in the walking lane,...  An example of this could be that my parents sometimes have to park far away from our houses as there are no spaces for parking. This problem has now worsened as more people start moving into our community. So that’s why I think that we should create more spaces where people can park their vehicles to prevent further inconveniences. 

The next problem that I want to mention is security concerns as there are recently some cases in our community where people’s valuable possessions are being stolen by thieves outside of Vinhomes. I think that this is a serious problem as it can cause many serious consequences, far worse than just losing money. So that is why I think that we should increase our security by hiring more guards as well as installing more cameras to have better control of our community. We should also raise awareness about the problem so that people can be more careful about protecting their possessions and safety.

My last idea is that we should help clean our river and prevents it from being polluted. Recently, I have seen that the river has been heavily damaged due to the construction of new houses. There are also some cases in which people in our community started dumping toxic substances into the river, polluting the river, which leads to the death of many fishes. For this problem, I think that we should raise people's awareness about the problem so that they would have a better understanding. We should also organise communal events in which people in our community come together and help clean up the river.

We are Minh Khue and Minh Ngoc from class 7B1 Vinschool The Harmony. In our ESL class, we are doing a project about how to improve our local community.

We are living in a wonderful neighbourhood with a lot of green space and clean air. There are even many shops and parks nearby, everything here is built perfectly! However, as time passed, many problems had appear.

Firstly, there are many of litter and trash on the streets and people even left their personal things behind. We would suggest printing off posters and giving them to people living here so they can understand and put the trash in the right place. Secondly, there is a park near our house which is miserable, the grass is overgrown, the trees are not carefully cared for, the roads are covered with trash,... We would be happy to help clean the park because we thought that the place is the perfect area to go cycling after school and to chill at the weekend. Lastly, we have noticed that many playgrounds in the neighbourhood is badly damaged. It would be a great idea if we, the students can come and paint on the benches, and the swing to make it more beautiful.

We are Vinschool Harmony seventh-year students. Our ESL teacher has instructed us to do a project and provide suggestions for enhancing our neighbourhood and so we would like to discuss with you our ideas to improve the neighbourhood around Vinhomes Riverside.

The best thing about living in Vinhomes Riverside is the abundance of plants and flowers, the park and the river, and, of course, the very good weather and clean air, which is very fitting for doing outdoor exercises. But there are some problems that we want to discuss with you to make our neighbourhood more suitable. 

In the first place, let's talk about the environment. The environment has gone quite bad. Most people throw garbage and inedible food into the river, which will cause great harm like environmental pollution. Disposal of garbage in the right place also needs to be asked to do so immediately. According to our observations after walking around the Vinhomes area, we noticed that there are still people who are not conscious, throwing garbage illegally, into the lake, grass, and near trees, some people also open the car window and then throw the litter away right out onto the street. That is why I suggest that the management will make laws such as paying fines if they break the rules, and putting up billboards and propaganda to the people so that no one is missed the laws and regulations. new determination. If these are not managed and taken immediately measures, the base condition will be drastically reduced resulting in not many people wanting to buy houses here anymore.

Second, the children also spend a lot of time playing around the neighbourhood, plucking almost all of the plants and flowers. It is not a very big problem but if we all keep ignoring it, it maybe will become a big problem. So on, we think you should add some laws about plucking or cutting plants and flowers.

Last but not least, folks should avoid letting their dogs out unattended when they are not at home since they might get into trouble by biting people. There is also a great likelihood that a dog may be struck by a car, motorcycle, etc. Therefore, keeping the dog indoors while no one is watching is the easiest method to keep it safe from both dogs and people.

I am Phạm Mạnh Đức, a seventh-grade student of Vinschool the Harmony and for our ESL class, I have been given a task to think of some ways to improve our neighbourhood; so today, I am writing this letter to inform you of some of the most prominent problems that our neighbourhood is currently facing, and also to suggest some ways that we can counter them, in my personal opinion.

As a resident of the Gia Thuỵ neighbourhood, I can confidently say that our neighbourhood is a wonderful place to live in, it is well known to be quite lively with lots of fun and exciting activities, thriving businesses, and a large and proud local population; nonetheless, we are prone to having some very prominent issues in our neighbourhood.

Our neighbourhood is a small place, but since it provides so many great living opportunities, it attracts many residents, making it quite crowded; this causes us to lack any meaningful amount of public space. The lack of public space significantly limits the number of public activities that residents may participate in while making many people resort to participating in activities at unfit and dangerous locations. One thing that we could do is to get rid of street vendors, street vendors are one of the significant reasons why we have very limited public spaces, they often take up large portions of the free space. Another way is to build more public spaces, there was once a large project in our area but it was halted due to lack of funds, so one of my suggestions is to make it a public project, with help and funding from both the government and the people of the neighbourhood.

We also have a big problem with security, alcoholics, drug addicts and criminals often roam our area; which causes the rate of theft, burglary, abuse and harassment to be astonishingly high. The root cause for this is the current law enforcement in the area, they often take bribes, engage in misconduct and generally are uninterested in carrying out their duties.  However, these issues could be easily fixed by reforming and increasing law enforcement, through stricter rules and regulations these matters could be fixed in matters of months. Otherwise, public support programs could also be a great way to address these problems, offering help and support to these individuals especially works great in conjunction with new, increased and reformed law enforcement.

Last but not least, we would also like to suggest some public activities to furthermore increase the unity of our neighbourhood with even larger and more frequent activities. For example, some of these activities might just be small and simple activities like cleaning up the streets and planting trees or larger events like concerts, sports events, fairs, etc…

We are Anh Tâm and Vân Anh, we live in Vinhome. We have some problems in Vinhome that we want to share with you, maybe you could fix some of the issues below.

First, there is too much light on the road. Second, the road is way too small and people keep parking randomly. Third, kids in the neighborhood are making too much noise. And the last thing is so many guys' car throttle near the house.

 

We also have some ideas about what you should do to solve these problems because they annoyed us and the other people too. When people park randomly, you should make rules for people to park in front of their house instead of the other's house. You should also make the road bigger. If children make noise, you guys can also make rules to not let children shout in the street, and don’t make way too much noise to not interrupt the other's work. You should build less light on the road to save energy and electricity too.

We hope you guys can see this and maybe fix some of the problems, we know it's not easy to just change it immediately but I hope you guys would try to solve the problems to make Vinhomes a better place.

Peacefulness has always been in our neighbourhood. Birds chirping, wind whispering, trees flowing with the wind,... Our neighbourhood has always been so peaceful and tranquil but recently there were changes in our environment due to the newcomers from the big city moving in with us.

First of all, there is a lot of trash on the streets and it has disturbed a lot of people. The trashes did not make our neighbourhood a very welcoming place and many rude people still throw trash out and are not in the bin. Well, we have an excellent solution to save this problem. Basically, we are thinking of creating a charity around our neighbourhood and every week on Friday, the charity workers and helpers can pick up trash on the floor and we can help spread awareness about this issue.

We are also very concerned about losing the silence among us. For others, that isn’t much of a big deal but for us, we lived here for years, and that is really concerning. Loud parties, loads of cars, and cigarettes are left all over the roads and pathways which annoys pedestrians. Children and older people are affected by those shown by children's cries and scream and we don’t want our neighbourhood turning into an unhappy place for partying purposes.

We would like to hold a meeting to discuss this problem with the newcomers and hope we all could bring back peace to this area. Please arrange a convenient time for us and the newcomers. We suggest holding the meeting in the centre block where everyone has access but you could change the address if there’s a more suitable place.

My neighborhood is a peaceful and safe one. It is very big. In my neighborhood, there are lots of houses and you can chill and relax there or play in the playground. However, there are some side effects to this.

 

Firstly, since there are a lot of houses and it is very big. There are lots of trash around the neighborhood and it disturb and made people annoyed. Trashes made our neighborhood worse and and not very welcoming. I have an idea that we post posters and leaflets about throwing trash into the trash can, it will make the neighborhood better.

I am a seven grader at Vinschool. In my English class, I’m doing a project about the local community. I am being asked to come up with ideas to improve the neighborhood.

For me, our neighborhood is a busy, lively neighborhood with many businesses, restaurants, and other places you can buy clothes, and food. However, this has many side effects.

First, I want to mention that there are too few parking spaces. This led to unwanted things such as cars parking on the side of the street. An example of this is I have to ride ten blocks away from my house just to park it. This situation keeps getting worsen so that’s why we should increase the parking space available.

The next concern is stray animals just roaming around freely. Straying animals can cause serious consequences like spreading diseases, and stealing people's food,... We should encourage people to adopt them and we can tell people not to give them food so they will leave.

Lastly, I think we should make the street wider so that people can move around easier and faster. People won't complain about they are late to work because of bad traffic.

I hope these problems will change soon so we will have an even better neighborhood.

We are students from grade 7 at Vinschool the Harmony and we are currently in an English class we would like to recommend some changes that could help the community out, it would be great if you could apply this, thank you.

We moved to Vinhomes Ocean Park quite a while now and we noticed something that we do not like is the fact that you can not go into the inside area like some buildings are covering that place. You have to take the path in, so the point we are making is there are markets in there, mini markets and if we want to go there to buy drinks and snacks, some minor stuff that doesn’t take much time, and if we went there by vehicles, we have to go down the garage, park there, go up again, buy the things that are supposed to take 1 minute, when done, we have to go down again, take our vehicle, and then go up and go back to our home. The change we would like to make is we can go in without parking our vehicles in the garage because it is inconvenient and takes so much time.

The second thing is some buildings are currently being built and there are very annoying construction noises so can you add more workers so that the building can be built faster and less noise that will affect the people living there. Every day, I went out of my house and three buildings are currently being built, the noise is so loud I can still hear it from my house. I can hear many complaints about the noise, that is why I think the people there do not like it much. But we are not concerned about it much now because it has been a long time since the building was built and all of them are nearly done now which means less noise.

The last thing I want to mention is that people are parking on the road. There are so many cars that are on the road which leads to some vehicles being hard to go through the areas. We think that the reason is that those people are lazy and don’t want to park in the garage, cars are different than motorbikes because you don’t go shopping in cars or just go to a local store so near to your house that you can walk. So we want to improve that situation by banning any cars to park up there except emergency vehicles.

I am a 7th-grade student and our class is doing an ESL project on how to improve our area of living, which is Vinhomes. I am writing this letter to you, to show you our ideas to help this place become better than before. 

Overall, Vinhomes is a great neighbourhood, with lots of useful spaces such as restaurants, shops and entertainment areas. It is near Aeon, which is a big shopping mall. While being far away from the centre of Hanoi, there are lots of bridges connecting Long Bien, which is where Vinhomes is in, to the centre of Hanoi. Because it is far away from the urban areas, it is quiet here, with few loud noises from vehicles and construction, with meowing and barking noises of animals. But sometimes, that is not so good.

The first problem I encounter while living here is being too quiet. I once lived in Times City, which is also a living area built by your company, instead of focusing on high-priced mansions, focus on medium-priced apartments instead, which were more purchasable. Because of that reason, there are much more people living in Times City compared to Vinhomes and there are more community events, which makes the city more lively. To counter this, I would suggest hosting more events or making the events bigger, so it would pull in more people from different places of Vinhomes such as Harmony and Symphony.

Travelling through the different parts of Vinhomes is fine, but for newcomers, it may be confusing because of so many areas of the city there are. I liked the idea of Vinbus, the idea of an eco-friendly electricity-based system of buses was creative, but those only travelled through urban areas. I highly recommend making another system like that, but with smaller vehicles and only travel in different areas of the cities that you made. 

Most of the people living in Vinhomes have cars, but most of them also change their garage into another part of the living room. Because of this, they put their cars onto the sidewalk, or even the roads, so people have a hard time walking or biking around areas. My idea for a solution is to make a public garage.

These are only my opinions, and you should take them with a grain of salt. But I will heavily thank you if you consider or use these ideas. I look forward to hearing from you.

To begin with, there is a lot of litter and trash on the streets, and people have even left personal items behind. We would suggest printing off posters and giving them to people living here so they can understand and put the trash in the right place. Also, we might do a project in which we will gather young people in the surrounding area to help pick up the litter.

Secondly, there is a park near our house that is miserable; the grass is overgrown, the trees are not carefully cared for, and the roads are covered with trash,... We would be happy to help clean the park because we thought that the place was the perfect area to go cycling after school and to chill at the weekend. 

Lastly, we have noticed that many playgrounds in the neighbourhood are badly damaged. It would be a great idea if we, the students, could come and paint on the benches, and the swing to make it more beautiful.

We are Anh Tâm and Vân Anh, we live in Vinhomes. We have some problems in Vinhomes that we want to share with you, maybe you could fix some of the issues below.

Firstly, there is too much light on the road. Next, the road is way too small and people keep parking randomly. Third, kids in the neighborhood are making too much noise. And the last thing is so many guys' car throttle near the house.

 

We also have some ideas about what you should do to solve these problems because they really annoyed us and the other people too. When people park randomly, you should make rules for people to park in front of their house instead of the other's house. You should also make the road bigger. If children make noise, you guys can create a new rule to not let children shout in the street, and don’t make way too much noise to not interrupt the other's work. You should build less light on the road to save energy and electricity too.

We hope you guys can see this and maybe fix some of the problems, we know it's not easy to just change it immediately but I hope you guys would try to solve the problems to make Vinhomes a better place.

We are seventh-year Vinschool Harmony students. We are here to share with you our proposals for boosting the area surrounding Vinhomes Riverside since our ESL instructor asked us to complete a project and provide recommendations for improving our neighbourhood.

Living at Vinhomes Riverside has several benefits, including an abundance of trees, flowers, parks, and rivers, as well as excellent weather and pure air, which are ideal for exercising outdoors. But there are certain issues that we need to talk about with you in order to improve our neighbourhood.

In the first place, let's talk about the environment. The environment has gone quite bad. Most people throw garbage and inedible food into the river, which will cause great harm like environmental pollution. Disposal of garbage in the right place also needs to be asked to do so immediately. According to our observations after walking around the Vinhomes area, we noticed that there are still people who are not conscious, throwing garbage illegally, into the lake, grass, and near trees, some people also open the car window and then throw the litter away right out into the street. That is why I suggest that the management will make laws such as paying fines if they break the rules, and putting up billboards and propaganda to the people so that no one is missed the laws, regulations and the new determination. If these are not managed and taken immediately measures, the base condition will be drastically reduced resulting in not many people wanting to buy houses here anymore.

Second, the children also spend a lot of time playing around the neighbourhood, plucking almost all of the plants and flowers. It is not a very big problem but if we all keep ignoring it, it maybe will become a big problem. So on, we think you should add some laws about plucking or cutting plants and flowers.

Last but not least, folks should avoid letting their dogs out unattended when they are not at home since they might get into trouble by biting people. There is also a great likelihood that a dog may be struck by a car, motorcycle, etc. Therefore, keeping the dog indoors while no one is watching is the easiest method to keep it safe from both dogs and people.

We are students from Grade 7 at Vinschool the Harmony and we are writing to you with a request to improve our neighbourhood. 

Firstly, we would like to talk to you about the school speed limits because recently we have had some complaints about students almost getting injured by a vehicle. So we are here to talk about the new speed limit which is 15 miles per hour, I think it is a perfect limit because it is slow enough for students to see the car incoming so they can move out of the way. 

Secondly, we are thinking that our neighbourhood looks very drab so we are trying to paint many murals on many different kinds of buildings and personally I think it can improve citizens' friendliness and interactions by a lot because different colours can make you feel many different things. The mural can also be painted with luminescent paint so people can see at night if they are lost and the paint can create a beautiful image at night which I think many people will enjoy.

Finally, we would like to plant more trees and flowers if possible because the neighbour has lots of extra fertilizer which I think is good for planting lots of flowers and trees but the only problem is we need a large group of people to water every plant every day so our suggestion is to recruit many people with a little funding from the council to create a beautiful neighbourhood that people can enjoy.

We hope that you can consider all our suggestions fairly and if you have any extra budget for people who can help us plant flowers and trees.
