         <description><![CDATA[<div>I personally have a "Very Much Below Average Risk" due to my high level of exercise, low fat diet. However, I have a high family incidence of heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke. I could further reduce my risk of heart disease by adding more nuts to my overall diet.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have a "Strong Family History of Cancer." I have had multiple Aunts and my paternal Grandmother die of this disease. My current Aunt Chloe is undergoing a voluntary mastectomy as she was recently diagnosed and treated via chemo/radiation of early stages of breast Cancer. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Although my risk for developing the disease is below average, my risk increases once I have experienced menopause.  Once I have reached the age of 50, it will become imperative to increase my leafy green vegetable intake and maintain my current daily intake of 1-2 servings of dairy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Since my family has a high incidence of heart disease, my risk of developing a stroke will increase as I age. My paternal Grandfather died of a stroke at the age of 74 and my father is at a very high risk of having a stroke. To combat my risk, I workout regularly and cut out fatty foods within my diet. I also tr to eat at least 3 servings of vegetables a day, usually in the form of a salad for lunch and fruit for breakfast. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have a rather large family, both in numbers and weight. As a result, our family has a history of obesity related illnesses: heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, etc. I am the only "skinny" person in my family, due both to genetics and healthy lifestyle. So i am not too concerned with these risk factors. However, we also have a high prevalence of breast cancer for females on my paternal side. This is something I need to constantly check for and be vigilant for early symptoms.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
