The action plan looks good to me. I have a few observations to share:

• It would be helpful to include a timeline for the plan.

• Could we also brainstorm together on how to integrate these steps into our EVS plan?

The action plan looks great and are easily do- able . We will just make sure that we integrate these strategies in the coming lesson plans to see that we effectively achieve our goals .

The action plan looks good and is self explanatory. Yet I feel instead of QFT I would prefer using the Question Matrix for my class for asking questions. As I feel it is more apt before introducing the QFT.
