         <description><![CDATA[<div>Two days after Frances was born, a social worker appeared at the hospital and accused Kurt and Courtney of now being "fit parents" due to Kurt's open abuse of drugs. Because of this they weren't allowed to take Frances home from the hospital and had to leave her there when they went home. August 24th the first court was held, and the final judge was neither of them were allowed to see Frances without supervision and drug tested 30 days prior to visiting her. </div>]]></description>
