         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Why were those that participated in the voltage experiment so obedient to the point of finishing all the way through?<br>-Incremental increases; it didn't jump from a significantly low shock to an extremely high shock, it gradually added more shock each time, making it not as noticeable as it would jumping from a low to high shock.<br>2. Why were those administering the shock concerned about who was responsible for the person being shocked?<br>-They were good human beings that didn't want to be responsible for someone else's pain. Until the examiner said that it is their responsibility then they continue shocking.</div>]]></description>
