I do feel like equity is the glue that holds both diversity and inclusion together. This is because if you can treat people fairly, then you can be diverse and inclusive. Diversity has everything to do with culture as well. With there being multitudes of cultures and experiences, diversity is everywhere. Connecting with people through hard times builds strong connects which is why I connect with them the most. Also, with these minority groups, they tend to have more knowledge and that is something I love to learn from them.
