         <description><![CDATA[<div>The power bag lift is used as a muscular test. You have to lift a weighted bag of 15kg for a warm up then increase it by 5 to a height of 1.45m. The lifts are between 20-40kg depending on role. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>each recruit has to do a 800m warm up before they do a 1.5 mile timed run. Different roles have different times that need to be reached ranges from under 10 minutes to 14 minutes and 14.5 minutes for junior recruits.</div>]]></description>
