• I like these form of media because I like to try and discover new things. I chose them because I am the most comfortable with these media form.

How are these media influencing or affecting me?(my lifestyle, aspirations, attitudes,behavior). Is this healthy? If yes,how come?If not, what steps should you take to change it?

• As a person that likes to discover new things, I am easily influenced by the people around me, With this I know my limits to the things on what people can influence me with. Nowadays we use media, technology and such. I can’t help myself but use it all day long which doesn’t benefit me that much because it has health risks.
