• More efforts are needed to reach more leaders from Indonesia, so that batch 5 and so on will have many participants from Indonesia. (This is also possible for participants from other countries in Southeast Asia, Asia Pacific,...)
• It would be nice if there was a translation application that made it easier for participants with language barriers in direct discussions or conversations.

What I have learned from MMin: 

The Holy Spirit has deepened my understanding of God's character and sovereignty through my learning journey through MMin. My perception of the purpose of my existence as a Christian has become clearer, and I have gained a more comprehensive understanding in the aspect of theology and of sharing the Bible, particularly in relation to the Old Testament, the Kingdom of God, and the Covenants.

• I really love the Life in the Spirit topic because it reminded me that God uses Spirit filled people. The Spirit filled life gives power for service and the evidence of the Spirit filled life is the power to live and labor for the Lord. I’ve been working for the kingdom of Christ in Laos for almost 11 years now and it is inevitable to feel exhausted and just do the bare minimum of life here on earth but this topic encouraged me to redirect my mind to the goal, abide and totally depend to the empowering Spirit of God and to finish the race He has started in me in Laos and even to the ends of the earth. 

• I am hoping to learn the Christian Counseling topic as this has been crucial and timely needed in the church and with those students I am ministering in the University of Laos. How to properly counsel them with their individual cases practically and Biblically. 

• With all honesty, it is really the total dependence with the power of the Holy Spirit. To seek Him for guidance in whatever task He wanted me to do with the Deaf community in Laos and with the University students that I am involved in Laos. A lot! I have realized that to be a better mentor/teacher of the Bible, I need to have exceptional understanding on several aspects of the Bible.
