As a virus, Hepatitis C does not belong to any kingdom. HCV is transmitted through bodily fluids and is seen as the most dangerous of the hepatitis viruses. It causes severe liver damage and there is no vaccine available. One of the greatest concerns about the virus is that 80% of infected persons shown no signs of the disease, meaning they can pass to others unknowingly. Some ways to prevent HCV are to use clean needles and IVs and to test donated blood.

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is concerning in that it spreads easily. EBV spreads through bodily fluids, primarily saliva. Additionally, the EBV virus can become inactive; however the virus may reactivate. If reactivation occurs, EBV can potentially spread to others, even if time has passed since initial infection. EBV is known to cause infectious mononucleosis, also called mono. Since viruses begin their classification at Order, it does not belong to any of the Kingdoms of life. Infectious mononucleosis belongs to the Order, "Herpesvirales".
References:
http://bioweb.uwlax.edu/bio203/s2009/weisser_mich/taxonomy.html
https://www.cdc.gov/epstein-barr/about-ebv.html

African Sleeping Disease, or more professionally African trypanosomiasis, is spread by microscopic parasites carried by tsetse flies. Trypanosoma brucei rhodesiense and Trypanosomoa brucei gambiense travel through the blood of the fly and into the host’s, spreading throughout the victim’s blood. Symptoms are highlighted by swelling of the brain, which in result can cause insomnia by night, and chronic fatigue (sleepiness) in the day. Thus, the disease is called the Sleeping Disease as it forces the inflicted to easily drift to sleep at uncontrollable time periods, hence the name, sleeping disease.

Source: https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/001362.htm
