I think you are an amazing peer mentor. I think you are so insightful and you are really the glue of this peer mentor cohort! You choose your words very wisely and I almost envy how calm your demeanor is. I've had the pleasure of seeing all sides of you, and I encourage you to let everyone see the multi-faceted beautiful sides of Elijah! Hey Daniel,

You did a great job of engaging one-on-one with everyone present at the retreat and in general. I think your strengths have really come out when you are able to interact with people in conversation. A point of feedback that I have would be for your presentation skills. I think that your content has been good, but I noticed in the retreat that there were some hiccups with the content you had ready. I think that engaging who you are presenting to in moments of conversation throughout the presentation would be a good way to keep it flowing while also bringing out some of those conversational 1:1 skills that you are really good at. Molding those skills with your presentation skills, would only enhance what you got going on. I saw the way you were engaging your mentees and I appreciate that. It does hold weight to it.

Hey Eddie,

You're so good at presenting bro! You are so charismatic in the way that you engage your mentees and everyone you present to. Your energy is so infectious and you really understand how engage with folx. I think that with your presentation, I think that you could have used some more formal content in the presentation. When it came to pod mapping, but I think that you were able to break down the conversational aspects of your presentation in how you reached out to the participants. That said, some more of the specific details on how to fill out the form and the significance of the activity were harder to catch onto. If you could blend the conversational with the content then you'll really be able to do something special. You nailed the engagement, the vibes, and the personality. Like I said, you killin it bro when it comes to just making everybody laugh. Keep it up.

Daniel! You are definitely the anchor of the team that keep us grounded when go off on our rants and tangents. I mean this in the nicest way possible when I say you are the hand that smacks us back into reality lol. I don't want you to feel like your role in this team is so niche and narrow! We (mostly me) can be a lot, but you are just as much a part of B4E, and not in a programming sense. It'd be great to see you get in the mix with us sometimes, leave all that orgo mess behind for a minute and be in the moment with us. Maybe one day you can help drag Eddie, I feel like if anyone could be the successor, it's definitely you! Keep up the great work and I'm looking forward to what the future holds for you.

I feel as though, communication from you is not always clear or consistent. I can tell that you are trying to be better at this though which I appreciate. Overall, keep up the good work! I can tell that you really care about being a mentor and about your mentees. It definitely comes through when you talk about being a mentor. You are also really strong with connecting with people that other mentors, including myself, struggle to connect with!
