To provide students with caring and enabling learning environment, Ms Chan should set class norm and enforce it throughout the year. For example, students needs to respect each other and listen patiently. Secondly, teacher can allow the students to share anonymously so that they will feel safe to share some some contents or opinions.

In order to help students to connect learning across the CCE lessons and other experiences, teacher should take note of the teachable moments. For example, even though the class ending soon, but the teacher could take the opportunity to use the scenarios to teach the students.
