Read & Post - Write down assignments everyday at the same time, color code and write down in the same format every time.

Rank & Order - Have students number which assignments will take the least amount of time to the longest. Having them complete the easiest first in order to gain more confidence.

Timing - Have the students estimate how much time each task will take and record that next to each task.

Color Coding - Having students color code tests, assignments and homework in order to easily see the level of importance.

Check & Sign - The teacher needs to check and monitor what has been recorded.
