A leader needs to support people, help people  grow and empower others to build colaborative relationships.

A good leader have to set directions and transmit emotions and security in his work and in his personal life too, he have to trust in his family and co-workers.

Advice:
Dont be afraid to take risks, you always have to do it if you want to get success
