Survey to be analyzed.

Annual report will advise with in any revisions necessary to the overarching policy to improve cultural competency practices in the organization.

The survey report will be shared internally and externally with stakeholder group inclusive of DDAC

Report will include the number of policies, procedures, ADMs, and regulations that were reviewed and modified utilizing the rubric established in the overarching cultural competence policy.

Based on policies modified data elements are evaluated on impact being achieved to inform strategic planning inclusive of the 5.07 plan.

Establish training tool and revisions to quality measures in all divisions based on both the survey report and data analysis of policies revised.
