When Santiago start to chase his personal legend, he went into a bar and his money was stole by a young man. Santiago then wen to the crystal merchant's shop to look for a job in order to get enough money to go to the pyramid. After a year long, he finally made enough fortune to go to the pyramid, he then left the crystal merchant and travel to the pyramid. During his journey, Santiago met an English man who treat nice to him, however, there is a tribe that is fighting in the desert, so Santiago have to stay in a oasis where he falls in love with a girl, but he still decided to left the oasis and continue his journey. Santiago then met a chief who want to kill him since he said if Santiago can not turn into wind he will kill him.
