<title>American Literature describes the struggles and achievements of the classic true American. The struggle to overcome daunting odds to emerge victorious. This element is present in the writing in other cultures also, but never to this extent. the description of the achievement of the American dream. Rising up from low places in society to the highest peaks. Liberty and freedom, to make your own decisions.</title>
