For my EE, I want to write about art because it's something I am passionate about and I have a lot of experience with writing about the subject. 

2. I am interested in how artists utilize color to create different visual and emotional effects.

3. There are many topics about color which I could write about. Some of the main subtopics include the Fauvist movement in the early 20th century (which explored the emotional effects of color), the Impressionist movement (which explored the visual effects of color), and how color is used in commercialism in today's society. These three subtopics study different ways of which color can be used and I believe that it would be interesting to research color theory and its role in any of these three topics.

4. The primary sources for my topic would be actual pieces of art and design which I will be analyzing in my EE. I could look into the history of art movements through biographies and articles as well as reviews made by art critics at the time period for insight to how the public reacted to the art at the time.
