I use a lot of Corsican expression when I speak French, and I like to teach them to people.

I’m self-conscious about my bad English accent and I would like to work on it.

I love to speak English with friends because I can use some sentences that I read on the internet that I find funny, or use cuss words. I love oral English classes and hate literature.

I have a strong french accent when i speak english.

I use a lot of french expressions

• Someone once told me that I have a Parisian French accent - I almost cried… please I am from the South of France✊.

• When I went to Barcelona I thought I knew how to speak Spanish, then they all spoke Catalan I was like AHIIIIII.

• I was born in Paris, my mom is from london and my dad is french. Annoying because when i get tired i forget my french…

• I also know how to speak Spanish but while in Spain, I panick and talk a mix of every languages i know.

• My accent differs from my moms one, but when i talk french people will guess i’m from paris.

I sometimes feel guilty that people strike me as North-American because I already feel like I’m not French enough but that’s okay because I love being French

Sometimes I do pretend to be American to trick people. It’s funny.

Depending on the person I speak to, I might lose my usual accent (ex: speaking to a native English speaker, I unconsciously speak English with a French accent)

But around my friends I don’t care cause I know they won’t judge me but encourage me even if I make mistakes. And finally I hate hearing myself speak in English.

I also enjoy trying to speak with different accents and ask people to guess the accent !

It is so funny how people just tell me I am rude when I speak in French

Native eng speakers (mostly americans) cannot tell where I'm from and often mistake me for a german girl.

I have took on my partner's irish slangs and mannerisms.

Sometimes when I speak French, my brain works faster than my mouth, so what I want to say doesn’t come out the way I expected.

I think it’s easier to talk casually in English rather than French.

-I sound more french than romanian because i grew up in french school so when I go to Romania my relatives notice that i speak differently especially because i dont roll my Rs so they make fun of me because of that .

-I think my level of english is pretty good but i am very scared to use it to talk to people online in voice chat and I dont know why .

French people from the north will identify the fact that I am from the south, but some people from the south have said that I have that my accent from the north of France.

I don't like to ear myself in french because my voice sounds bad on recordings.

And I love speaking in League of Legends that’s very interesting

Sometimes when I talk in Spanish people say I have an English accent and I think it's flattering even if I don't think I do 😅

The tone of my voice changes a lot depending to who I talk to and in which language but that's really not on purpose and it even disturbs me sometimes :')

In French, I feel a bit more confident on how I talk, therefore I really like to have long conversations about my own interests, especially with my closest friends.

In a more private context, I feel more confident when I speak English, especially with my friends, whom I know will not judge me, so I suppose it's all about how nervous and anxious I might feel.

I do change my way of speaking in any social situation or place depending on who I am talking with.
