2. Causes of people might have horrible behaviours can be a life event or family situation. A person might have a family conflict, struggle with poverty. A lot of pressure can also lead to anxious, which affects a person’s behaviour.
 
3.Helpful Guidelines When Responding to Inappropriate Behavior
  • Use a range of options.
  • Keep positive by using support, reinforce, encourage, coach, and challenge.
  • Focus on rewarding appropriate behavior.
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage compliance.
  • Avoid using the same response all the time.
  • If something is not working, try something different.
  • Provide an alternative behavior for them to use that is acceptable.
Just like when you argue with somebody never hit someone but always tell them what do you feel or you can also find a teacher or adult to help you to solve the situation.

    3.we could just let them express themselves then when they're calm we could talk to them and acknowledge why they're upset and talk them through.
