It’s also important to learn from both students and other educators and implement new ideas into the classroom.
 
Even though we’re still students, its important to start building communication and collaboration skills with professors, peers, and the students that we work with.

An educator must establish an atmosphere where students can create individual and group work and facilitate creative learning that challenges students. 
 
A facet of being a facilitator is modeling and nurturing creativity and expression, what we can do now to develop these standards is starting to create these values in our own teaching strategies.
