Inside- Keeping a records of the book done during the grade and passing it on to the next grade so as to avoid any confusion.
B. Inside- Teacher's guidance and mentoring through Coaches and enough PD and also motivating them to go ahead and making their individual plans.
C. Inside- Teachers maintain reading Journals and logs. Meeting to discuss books, having a literacy meet or clubs to review and recommend books. 
D. Inside- PDs and one-on-one coaching to handhold the teachers on where they are and guiding them on their individual needs.
E. Inside- Continuous PD and training from inside and outside experts.
F. Inside- Giving other areas to the teacher except for language to facilitate the children. Setting a Goal and a coach working closely with the teacher.
G. Inside & Outside- This should be made a priority and can be done from the school's end. Inside as we should have a plan for the teachers to take it forward in their classrooms.
H. Inside- Continuous New teacher training along with PD/ PLC and coaching taken up with the new teachers to make them well-versed.

B. Inside: Follow F and P plans. Increasing teacher independence alongside teacher accountability. Construct common timelines. One on one sessions with teachers if possible.
C. Inside and Outside: Making reading journals mandatory for the teachers. Coach to model out their own reading goals and journals, along with the sketch notes. Share journals once a week with a teacher peer to have accountability, put it in the structure of the meeting.  Coach to have reading identity workshops, create book stacks, make sketch notes and so on with all. Have teachers share on a common platform like Padlet.
D. Inside and Outside:Regular demos and practices within the meeting time where teachers work in pairs or groups. Sustain and manage till the physical schools begin. Be okay with taking it slow.
E. Inside and Outside: Same as above. More practice over one time training works better in the long run.
F. Quite outside: Steps stated in C, D and E. Figure out ways to get through the teachers.
G. Outside: Take the time.
H. Inside: Best time to introduce them to this model!

It is outside the control of the coach as it is the organisational decision which would involve allocating or reworking the budgetary plan for purchasing the resources. However, if there is budget allocation, levelled books other than F & P can be bought to serve the purpose.
B. Inside your control. The responsibility of a coach is to develop the teachers so it is a cohesive group with common goals. There should be data points (BAS data) to create heterogeneous groups to cater to differentiation. 
C. Inside your control: Using library, Creating reading groups, study circles. book clubs etc.  The joy of reading needs to be developed and reading habits should be celebrated. Teacher community should share their textual lineage, good books that they have read may motivate teachers to read more.
D. Inside your control: Regular PDs, peer observations/learning
E. Inside your and the organisation control: This is a shared responsibility of the coach and the organisation to have training sessions regularly to bring a shift in the thought process. It is a long journey and will take time and will keep evolving from time to time.
