My future son-in-law was in an accident and he has to perform self-catheterization. This product will only have to be inserted once a week; instead of five or more times a day. The self-cath kits cost around $2 to $8 each; costing the patient in about $400-$1600 per month for one person. The IntelliFlow Bladder Management System will cut down on bladder and kidney infections; which will reduce doctor visits or hospitalizations. I am looking forward to seeing this product on the market. I also believe it would be a great tool for replacing the indwelling catheters. My strengths will help lead our team and I have chose team members with similar traits so that we might have a cohesive plan and strategy. 


Our Team: 
Angelica is our first team member. Her strength is analytical. I believe she will be a great asset to our team because she is logical, thorough, and confident with numbers, figures, and charts. She may be a little tough or rude but I think that she will help to keep us on track. Cindy is the next team member and her strength is connectedness. I believe that she will keep us spiritually motivated to see the big picture. She may have a tendency to be wishy-washy; but Angelica will keep her grounded. Next, we have Carlee, who's strength is consistency. She is a problem-solver and policy-maker. She will be by the book and may at times be inflexible so she will balance Cindy out. Fourth, we have Fernando and his strength is focus. He will help to keep our team focused on our task at hand and keep us on track. He will be intense and probably stressed; so no caffeine for him. Lastly, we have William. His strength is woo. He is outgoing, people-oriented and will do great at networking to get our product in the right hands. He will also use his basement descriptor of not caring for deep relationships to make sure we are stepping around topics that we, as a team, do not think are necessary because Angelica the analytical one will ask too many questions and never be satisfied. I think over all we have a well-rounded team. I believe that our balcony and basement descriptors will be a positive influence on our team to get our Wireless Smart Catheter in paralyzed people everywhere who have urinary retention issues!
