Indigenous Costa Rican art

I spent a lot of time last year researching Borucan artwork, specifically their masks, and I know waaaaay too much about this niche category of art for one person. The work is beautiful and it's transition over time from a necessary anti-catholic purpose to a decorative, souvenir type artwork is fascinating.

Dungeons and Dragons stats

I am a total ttrpg nerd, and I love playing DND 5e and watching shows like Critical Role where people play DND. I always try and get my friends to play, but the thing they get stuck on is the stats. What's the difference between intelligence and wisdom? What in the world does constitution mean? What category does stealth fall under? I think teaching what each stat means, and what specific actions fall under which stat block could be interesting.

Queer art history

I think it's important to shine light on artists that have been shoved into the shadows, and as a gay artist I love talking about queer art. Artist like Felix Gonzalez-Torres and Laura Aguilar are ones I know most about, likely because they're both hispanic and queer (plus their art is gorgeous and thought provoking!)
