Create a diet with a good ratio of healthy food and junk food (also keeping in mind your own special needs).&nbsp;<br>3. Choose healthy meals that you enjoy eating, and won't mind eating often.<br>4. Follow a food guide, get tips on choosing healthier food or look for delicious healthy recipes .<br>5. Create a goal of how much healthy food and "junk" food you eat, to help get started.<br>6.&nbsp; We can buy more fruits and vegetables rather than cookies and chips as a snack.&nbsp;<br>7. Look at the ingredients of the food you commonly eat (even the healthier ones). Try avoiding food with high amounts of sodium, calories and sugar ( in the ingredients search for sugar substitutes, sugar that goes under a different name, such as sucralose, glucose, fructose)<br>8. Track your diet then revise to make it better.</div>]]></description>
