         <description><![CDATA[<p>The digestive system has many important parts but the main 3 are the stomach, small intestine, and large intestine. The stomach decomposes food using acids, the small intestine absorbs nutrients, and the large intestine removes water from leftover food. The digestive system connects to the circulatory system because when the digestive system breaks down food the small intestine takes in these nutrients which are then transferred into the blood through tiny vessels in the wall of the small intestine which the circulatory system is then able to carry the nutrients all over the body so cells can use them.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>3 important features of the circulatory system are the heart, blood, and blood vessels. The heart pumps blood throughout the body. Blood carries oxygen from the lungs and nutrients from the digestive system to all the cells. It also carries waste products like carbon dioxide to the lungs or kidneys to be removed from the body. Blood vessels are tubes that carry blood around the body. When the circulatory system brings blood to the lungs, which are connected to the respiratory system, it absorbs and removes waste such as carbon dioxide. The blood then transports oxygen into every body part while exhaling carbon dioxide.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Three important features of the respiratory system are the lungs, trachea, and alveoli. The lungs bring oxygen into the body when you breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide. The trachea is a path in your throat that allows air travel from your nose and mouth down to your lungs, and the alveoli are very small sacs at the end of your lungs where oxygen moves into your blood and carbon dioxide moves out. Together these parts help the body get the oxygen it needs and get rid of waste gasses. The respiratory system connects to the circulatory system to make sure our bodies get the oxygen they need and get rid of carbon dioxide. While the circulatory system transports these gases.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Three important features of the endocrine system are the pituitary gland, thyroid gland, and adrenal gland. The pituitary gland can also be called the master gland this is because it releases hormones that control other endocrine glands and a lot of important body processes. The thyroid gland helps control your metabolism it decides how your body uses energy and affects things like how fast your heart beats and how warm you feel. The adrenal glands are located above your kidneys and make hormones like adrenaline and cortisol, to be able to handle stress or emergencies. The thyroid gland conneccts a lot with the circulatory system because the thyroid releases hormones travel all over your body to controll how fast your heart beats and the amount of energy that your body uses.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The musculoskeletal system has three important features such as bones, muscles, and joints. The bones in the body give support and shape to your body. Muscles help us move by pulling on our bones, joints are where bones meet and let you physically move in different ways. Although the musculoskeletal system is its own system it also connects to the nervous system this is because when the brain sends a message through nerves to your muscles you can move. They both work together so that the body can operate and move.</p>]]></description>

The brain controls everything in your body, the spinal cord carries messages between the brain and body, and the nerves spread throughout your body to send signals to your muscles and organs. When the brain sends a signal down the spinal cord that signals travel through nerves that reach nerves that reach your muscles,it tells the muscle to contract or relax to be able to move.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The White blood cells, lymph nodes, and the spleen are three important features of the immune system. White blood cells fight off germs by producing specific antibodies and killing infected cells to protect the body from infection, the lymph nodes filter out harmful stuff by trapping foreign particles and pathogens, they act as surveillance centers. And the spleen stores and helps make immune cells it acts like a major filtration for the blood. The immune system and the circulatory system work are connected because they work together to fight  off infections with white blood cells, when they travel through the blood.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p> Three important features are the reproductive organs like ovaries and testes these allow for the production of viable gametes, and facilites their union during fertilization, the Gametes are the cells needed to start making a new human, and lastly hormones including estrogen and testosterone can be chemical messengers that control when and how all of this happens. They are important because they preform the essential functions that allow sexual reproduction. The hormones from the reproductive system connect to the endocrine system because the endocrine system is basically in charge of the hormones for your whole body. For example, the pituitary gland which is also a part of the endocrine system sends signals to the ovaries or testes to tell them when to make eggs or sperm.</p>]]></description>
