Xavier Alvarez was work for a water district board in Claremont,Calif.


He identified him self as person who served for 25 years. I retired in the year 2001. And got Congressional Medal of Honor in 1987, that was in a public meeting of the board. Also, he said I got wounded many times by the same guy.


Actually, he was laid; he didn’t served for the Marine Corps or for any branch of the military. Also, he didn’t receive any medal of any kind.
