Although very outnumbered the Spartan Army rallied together and took on the Persian Army.  The Spartan Army lost but the 300 of them ended up killing over 200,000 Persian Soldiers.  This relates to me because they stuck together and were tough.  They didn’t quit and fought for one another.  This is something I greatly value in a human being.  I would do anything for my brothers and my family, and I personally think that is a great value for people to have.]]> 2018-12-07 19:37:43 UTC https://padlet.com/lamottad/gujzv1qlvko9/wish/312392045 lamottad https://padlet.com/lamottad/gujzv1qlvko9/wish/312392680 This picture is of me playing football.  This really hits home with me because after two 1-9 seasons, many people thought New Providence Football was dead.  However, my friends and I proved everyone wrong after getting hated on for the first 2 years of playing varsity.  I personally think everyone should play football because of the many things the sport has done for me.  It teaches you lessons, how to win, and how to bounce back after a loss.  It taught me many lessons such as never giving up, and the importance of family.  Many of the kids on the team are pretty much my brothers.  Going 1-9 two years in a row was tough and it taught me that in hard times rally around your family, and your brothers.  Football has taught me many things about being a respectful person, and the greater meaning of family.]]> 2018-12-07 19:39:15 UTC https://padlet.com/lamottad/gujzv1qlvko9/wish/312392680
