Hundreds, maybe thousands of people we accused and falsely accused of witchcraft. This lead to many deaths, most of them were people being hung. One man in particular, Giles Corey, was pressed to death by many heavy rocks after being accused of witchcraft. While they were under ruling in England, they wanted to try and spread it there, but sadly they were killed instantly if caught. When they realized they will be killed, they relocated to Massachusetts where they were free to spread the word of their religion. They thought of America as a "New World" compared to England. Whenever something bad happened in the city, they would blame it on Satan and how he caused it. Whenever someone was accused of witchcraft, they would say that Satan made them who they are.
