She's the second mean girl and her mom is a church lady and a counselor . She is 2 faced meaning she is nice to the adults but she is actually a brat to everyone else. Her mom and dad are getting divorced. Her mom is more focused on her dads needs more than coming to terms that she's actually getting left by her man. I think that Octavia was is just a follower. She fed into Arnetta's story about the white girls calling Daphne a nigger. I feel like she's mean because she can't cope with her parents divorcing. She's only 8 years old and she's already on the wrong path.
