This is a villa who situated in the Seychelles who is an island and country in the Indian Ocean.

Our house is nice, it has 4 rooms, a living room, a cute kitchen, 3 bathrooms. And it has a pool which has a nice place of seat. All rooms have balcony and all rooms have air conditioning. And also there is a terrace with armchairs, tables and sunbeds. Also next to the pool there is a hammock. When you swim in the pool you can see also the sea. As you will understand from here the house has a nice view.
The beach is in 5 minutes so you can go to the beach easyly,
there is a garrage so you can put your car but also for the taxis or the public transports , it is easy to communicate them. Also the neighbors are friendly.
This house is nice for families and friends. Also it is nice and romantic for the honeymoon, too.

It is located in a forest that is situated in mid-nowhere.That means no internet or transports.Yes,that includes your cheap car that you bought off from that one guy that used it until the engine was smoking.,and the gas that came out was blue too.
Now,if you look closely,you can see a stylish bed,"a heater",a table for eating,you probably saw that there are no toilets inside,but y'know,you don't need it if you live there,and finally, a window on the top,in case you feel like looking at the sun and hurting your own eyes.You may have noticed that tents don't really have "doors",but don't worry about that.Who needs a door anyways?They're useless.Its not like people want to rob someone that lives in a tent.
The environment is beautiful,green,no pollution,you can also eat fruit that you picked from the trees...If you don't count your neighbors,then this "house" is absolutely for you!Well,if you live alone,that is.
It also costs WAY LESS than normal apartment rooms,so that's great!

It's simply close to city center and subway. Don't think that living in the city center can have some negatives, our city center is silent and safety place.
Our house has 3 floors, entrance is at the first floor and there are also a living room, a bathroom and a really modern-decorated kitchen. At second floor you will find another living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 balconies. At the third floor there are 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and balconies, 4 extra rooms and a big bathroom for the people who stay in extra rooms.
This housing development gives you comfortable parking lots and huge green areas. There are a lot of sportive opportunities. Because there is a huge sport complex which has tennis, basketball and volleyball pitches. There are a riding and a golf club. There are also a big shopping center, many restaurants, cafes and playpens. One of the greatest advantages of this place is that there is a big school for housing development residents. In this school there are a kindergarten, a primary school, a secondary school and a high school.

Its big and you don't actually need to move to go to toilet. Thats the biggest confort in the world I guess. Our site is in Kadıköy/İstanbul. My experience in this home in 2 years that I think the house is a bit small to live with a family but if you are alone its the dream house to live in. Everyone thinks that house is so small to live in but its's ideal for the universite students because the rents are cheaper than others. Insıde the house we have a toilet, how different! So this ultra house is perfectly situated in Caribbeans. Ofcourse we do expect an enourmous one.

It has 10 different rooms perhaps you won't need and use the half of them but you have to clean anyways. The bedrooms are well decorated and for the kitchen you have a huge square-metre. The security and the gardener are provided already. In the basement there's a cinema and a spa. That means you can invite your friends or your family to spend a nice weeknd.

As it's in Carribeans a beautiful view is garantied. The scaffolding is actually near and there will be boats waiting for you to take you to the center. The price is cheap. If you want to live in peace, a quiet neighbourhood will welcome you. All sort of technological processes are already fixed.

Just a little idea, it is possible to jump in that large pool from the balcony on the 2nd floor. Don't worry we tried it and nobody died, yet...(just kidding :))

At the first floor, it has one bathroom, a small bedroom for houseguests, fully equipped and useful kitchen. Also one living room has stairs to connect upstairs. In the living room there are a large TV and a comfortable sofa with soft pillows. That means cinema nights can be possible for you and with your guests. You might think that it is difficult to transport.Yeah actually it is.. Because you're in the middle of the space.But if you wanna go back to earth you could use our directions to hibernate during the journey way back to earth.There are some books that you can find the informations. It lasts minimum 2 years , maximum 120 years to travel. Travel time depends on the destination.
