Die Zweitklässler*innen haben sich auf „die Suche nach dem schönsten Geräusch der Welt“ begeben. In der vierten Klasse wurde eine „Luftballonreise“ aufgenommen. Das Projekt hat allen Beteiligten sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Während des Projekts ging es vor allem darum, dass es nötig ist in bestimmten Momenten ganz leise zu sein, zuzuhören, sich zu beteiligen und somit die Ohren zu spitzen.  Weitere Projekte sind in einigen Schulklassen für das nächstes Schulhalbjahr bereits geplant. Der verantwortungsbewusste Umgang mit Medien, ist neben den drei anderen Kulturtechniken wie rechnen, schreiben und lesen im Vormarsch. Neben den vielen positiven Effekten die, die digitale Welt mit sich bringt, sind auch Gefahren und Dynamiken in der digitalen Welt zu finden. Auf diese Gefahren sollen Kinder- und Jugendliche vorbereitet werden, damit sie einen selbstreflektierten Umgang mit Medien erlernen können und eine Haltung zu bestimmten Themen beziehen können. Auch der Umgang mit z.B. Taschengeld muss gelernt und von Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten begleitet werden. Einige Kinder nutzen sicher auch unterschiedliche Apps wie What’s App, Youtube, Snap Chat oder Tik Tok etc. Viele dieser Apps haben auch ein Mindestalter.
Durch Corona sind sicher auch einige positive Aspekte herauszuziehen. Die Digitalisierung an Schulen schreitet voran. Daher ist jedoch auch die Vermittlung dieser Kenntnisse, also einen sinnvollen und selbstreflektierten Umgang mit den Medien zu haben, überaus wichtig in der heutigen Zeit. Die Schüler*innen haben die Bildschirmzeit Überprüfung an ihrem Smartphone kennengelernt, da können sie jederzeit selbständig überprüfen wie häufig sie in welchen Apps unterwegs sind (Digitale Balance).
Der Präventionsfilm „Verklickt“ wurde von der Polizei in Kooperation mit dem Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik im Jahr 2013 produziert und mit den jeweiligen Klassen angeschaut. Das Thema Digitale Medien ist aktueller denn je. Der Film lässt sich in drei Kapitel unterteilen. Schwerpunktthemen sind hierbei unter anderem Cybermobbing und Passworttausch/Sicherheit, Persönlichkeits- und Urheberrechte, Identitätsdiebstahl und Fake Profile, Kostenfallen und illegale Downloads. Nachdem der Film gemeinsam geschaut wurde, erfolgte eine thematische Aufarbeitung in Gruppenarbeit.
In Klasse 7 war das Ergebnis des Präventionsprojekts eine Aufstellung von Regeln einer Anti Mobbing Konvention. Den Schüler*innen sei es wichtig, dass keine Handynummern weitergegeben werden, keine Bilder, Ton, Audio oder Video aufnahmen von anderen ungefragt gepostet oder weitergeleitet werden, es sollen keine Fake Profile erstellt werden und außerdem sei den Schüler*innen ein höflicher und respektvoller Umgang miteinander in der digitalen Welt wichtig. Dies haben alle Schüler*innen der Klassenstufe 7 unterzeichnet. Abschließend wurde in allen drei Klassenstufen besprochen was bei Cybermobbing zu tun ist z.B. Daten sichern, Schüler*innen, Eltern, Lehrkräfte, Schulsozialarbeit oder Polizei miteinbeziehen oder die Cyber-Mobbing Erste-Hilfe App, von klicksafe, nutzen. Es wird eine Trickfilmgala bei uns vor Ort mit Präsentation des Gewinnerfilms auf einer großen Leinwand, eine feierliche Preisübergabe und einer anschließenden Filmvorführung nach Wahl für alle Kinder in den zwei Klassenstufen geben! Klassenstufenweise ging es von der Grundschule aus, in die Mehrzweckhalle an der Gemeinschaftsschule. Einige Schüler*innen waren mit Decken und Kissen ausgestattet.
