It's quite easy to make it a proper circle, just aim in the middle. However I found it quite hard to flip the pancakes over so both me and my partner had to work together to do so. I also didn't understand how to really cook the pancake properly as one side would look burnt while the other raw. However when I ate it it tasted good. I thought of designing the pancakes to make them look like nickel mouse and it turned out quite nicely. Flipping of the frying ancakes were tough though, thus my partner and I had to work together to get it right. I however also accidentally poured the whole batter in at once while mixing but everything fortunately turned out alright. After all that, we designed the pancakes we made into a snowman. Next time, I have to be more careful with what I am dealing with.

Usually when l fry pancakes,l already have the batter that l brought. But now l have learnt how to make it,and also know the right consistency of the batter. For the frying part,l think l should fry my pancake a little more and for the flipping l should have waited a bit longer for one side to cook. Also, l should make the pancake more even. It was not that easy pouring out the batter and frying the pancakes. I had much difficulty trying to make the shape a circle while pouring out the batter because it would appear as different shapes. I had to be very careful while handling the frying pan is it is very hot. I might scald my hand if I do not hold it the right way. I felt that I the pancakes I fried were a bit under-cooked as I was rushing a bit to complete what I had to do. When I ate it, it was hard and tasted weird. I should have not rush and fry the pancakes for a longer time. Maybe I can try to make pancakes again at home if I have the time for improvement.

One aspect in making pancakes is to control the heat during the drying of the batter and I learned how to mix the batter well, as it determine whether the pancake if will turn out nicely in shape and taste.The ingredients of the pancake have to be just right, or else the pancake would not turn out nice! At first, I had some difficulty flipping the pancake until I realised that I could use a fork or spoon to aid me in flipping so as to not waste time and make more pancakes.
 Overall, I found the fce lesson very interesting and I learned how to make pancakes. It was a wonderful experience.
