His stomach was churning in his chest and thorns tickled his skin as he passed by. He was starting to lose balance as his knees began to shake. Arching trees loomed over the mud track and spindled to the sage sky up above. A single noise or movement could disrupt this dark beauty of a place. little was anyone aware that this forest held the key to a hidden land of fairy and fauna. Undisturbed for several years, the beings let their guard down. Unclear to the people, but certainly to the government, the mechanical beasts were coming.

The roar of the creature flooded his ears, and he was momentarily deafened by it. He had to push through. Otherwise, he wouldn't get his small fee and be able to feed himself. But pushing through wouldn't be so easy he started to unconsciously get lost at every turn something triggered his head, but it was always the same corner, this was more than a forest. He hated his job. Ripping down ancient trees for commercial purposes like building homes for rich people. He was working for a world-acclaimed multi-billionaire Russian oligarch who went by the name of  Sarkov Ivanov. The Russian was filled with greed and just wanted more and more. One day, he even built himself a golden statue so his slaves could watch the Russian wherever they went. And it just so happened that are friend here, is one of those slaves. Slavery is illegal, of course, but with the power of money you can make anyone turn a blind eye on your work.

Our friend's name was Thomas Wilkinsons, and he was British. But somehow, one day, he was kidnapped of the side of a busy road and taken to Russia. He has come back to the United Kingdom to cut down this beautiful forest. A real shame, it was.
