Our team has been busy building the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and things are coming together nicely!

We’ve divided the project into 6 main phases:

📊 Monitoring/Evaluation

✅ Closing

Each team member is in charge of one phase, and we’ve all broken our parts down into detailed Level 2 and Level 3 tasks.

The WBS chart is already in progress (and looking great!) and we’re preparing for our upcoming class presentation.

So far, everything’s running smoothly — teamwork, communication, and progress are all on point!

Let’s keep up the good vibes and finish strong!

We hyped each other up, helped organize the talk points, and made sure the speaker didn’t sound like a textbook.

📌 Achievements:

• Speaker started drafting stories and tips from real student experiences.

• Team gave feedback and boosted the speaker’s script with examples and memes (because why not?).

📌 Highlights:

• Clean, simple slides with key points only (no one likes walls of text).

• Team reviewed everything and added speaker notes.

• Practiced with tongue twisters for better articulation. Try: “Project people plan properly!”

We created posters and shared it like wildfire on school WhatsApp groups and socials.

📌 Objectives:

• Get students curious and excited.

• Create a poster that makes students stop scrolling and say, “That looks cool—I wanna join!”

  
  

🎥 Mini rehearsal highlights:

• We recorded ourselves and self-cringed (but it helped improve our speaking clarity!)

• Final slide checks: GIFs added, fonts consistent, images relevant

• Backup host and co-host assigned, in case someone faces tech issues on D-Day

🧠 Team Strengths Shined:

• Our PM tools explanations were now sharp and engaging

• We had answers ready for possible student questions

• We reviewed learning outcomes, ensuring the session was more than just talk — it was skill-building

• Canva slides exported to PDF just in case

📌 What we found:

• Great leaders listen (like, really listen 👂).

• Non-verbal cues (yep, body language matters!).

• Handling conflict without causing a drama scene 🎭.

💡 Fun idea: Start the talk with a “bad group project” story. Like, when no one answers in the group chat for 3 days straight. 😂
By the end of the week, our speakers had a solid outline, and our Google Slides started to look less blank and more boss.
