One of the biggest challenges I face is keeping my students consistently motivated, especially when they struggle with grammar or writing tasks. Many students lose interest quickly or rely too much on memorization, so I constantly need to find new ways to make learning more engaging and relevant to their lives.
As both a full-time teacher and a MA student, time management has become a real struggle. It’s hard to juggle lesson planning, grading, and classroom responsibilities with research papers and coursework. Sometimes I feel like I don’t have enough time to do either job as well as I’d like.

My manager does not specialize in languages; she is responsible for overall management but mainly focuses on business. She hardly understands the components of language teaching or the process of delivering a language lesson. Therefore, it is very difficult for us teachers to propose innovations in the teaching process or timely changes in response to shifts in national policies.
