We are all relatively supportive of each other even if we have our differences. Students are supported by school staff when it comes to needing help or wanting to implement an idea to help other students. We can continue to create a school environment that fosters a strong sense of community, belonging and connectedness by continuing to do surveys and just listening to what students want/need. Although the teachers are very support of the students. Many students are open and comfortable about their culture and I feel like that’s a good sign.
