Community Specialists and Lead CS help make all the necessary connections in tribal communities. Everyone keeps TA provider on track and accountable. Everyone adheres to committing to making necessary changes. Legislature gives us exclusive rights to 10 million dollars of funding. The CDC also pitches in 25 million, with respectful and equitable reporting requirements. And my whole team gets a two week vacation in the Bahamas. And possibly a raise.

Everyone is comfortable sharing ideas and is open to talking. Everyone is comfortable sharing different opinions and disagreeing with each other. Differences are respected and we can challenge each other. Decisions made are agreed upon by the whole group and be okay with the process and decisions. It is not a couple people making the decision and it is not some people not sharing their opinion. People are able to separate the work from the person. We all know eachothers' communication styles. There would be a variety of facilitation styles used for meetings to engage people.

Clarifying if email or meeting is for input, information, making a decision, etc. Using agendas to prepare and take notes. Using action items and following up.
