In my classroom I use both coursebook and authentic materials. After finishing the course book listening texts, I use authentic materials as an extra work.Because if we don't use authentic materials ,students may be disappointed when they encounter real life situations.Although the authentic materials are more difficult than the coursebook, we can differentiate them chosing simple and interesting topics.In that way they feel more comfortable.When they don't understand ,I let them listen again and again.If they feel relax, they become eager to listen and learn better.I think we shouldn't underestimate them while learning.They may understand one today, but it becomes a sentence in the future:)
Question 2
I can use 2 truth 1 listen Activity in my classrooms.Because it is interesting and creative. And also students learn sth about both their friends and me. It is also suitable for the kinestetic learners as they need to walk around in the classtoom to find out their friends lies.
I can use adaptation activity. Because I can apply it in many ways.It can be about Just grammar topics or coursebook subjects.I think my students love it. They ask questions to their friends and they need to listen their  friends carefully.Because they will need to remember the answers of their friends for the group work activity. Shy students can participate as well.
Edpuzzle activites are interesting too.Students like visual things while they are listening.
Actually I am using British Council listening activities.

the most common problem related to speaking is that crowded classrooms.There are nearly 35 students in every classroom so It is difficult to manage speaking activites in limited time .Torbali is an industrial town so there are a lot of immigrants from other regions.So most of the students are from different backgrounds and this may cause a problem. Another problem is, students are not confident enough to express themselves in a foreign language.Because they are afraid of making mistakes and humiliated by their friends.As a result of this they become shy in English lessons.
Question 2
1) today we have learned many activites for speaking.Firstly,correction methods are so useful to encourage students and how to manage with the mistakes.Now I feel more qualified about correcting my students mistakes.I like paper slide most as it supports creativity and artistic skills.Students can not only co operate with  but also correct each other as well.They do many things at the same time such as drawing,speaking and creating a story. We also have learnt Web 2 tools for speaking .But chatterbox is a favourite one for all of us.It is easy to use for students and free. They can choose a character and record their voice without stress and no peer pressure.
I like warm up activity a lot.It is a kind of controlled speaking activity which gives us a chance to practice the structures or grammar .I can differentiate it according to students' levels.For example I can choose easy structures for the weak ones and harder structures for stronger.The other pros of this activity is that students are not stable and they interact with their friends during the activity.It can be used for pre,while and post activites as well
4 3 2 activity is also productive for accuracy and fluency .The more they speak ,the more they get used to speak English.For digilisation we have learnt flipgrid activity.I think my students will like it .Because they like using technology.When the term begins ,I am planning to use it.I will want my students to tell their summer holiday using flipgrid as a group work.

When the ss read the text at home,they Come to school ready and they know what we are doing during the lesson.It is time saving,too. Because we don't have enough time for all the topics.With this technique we have more time for the other activities and practicing.We also encourage ss to be autonomous.The other good side of it, it can be done in all levels.The motto of this technique should be" learning is everywhere:)
2)there are a lot of problems in reading.Students don't want to read long text and they get bored. I think we can handle this with applying sub skills.Today I have realized many sub skills about reading such as skimming,scanning ,detailed reading,guessing meaning and inferring from context.As a warm up activity snow Ball was great.Flipped classroom technique is a great way to make reading easier and achieving autonomy.I will use it in my lessons plansız.Digitalisation also makes reading joyful for the students.

Writing solutions for the problems can be a good activity as we did today.Agony aunt activity was a nice example.Students write collaboratively and try to solve a problem as a group .It may arouse their curiosity and they may feel more relaxed in writing.
I like second activity, too.Using whats app as starter and then choose our partner by our interests was good.Students like  texting via techonological devices thats why they will fond of using apps like padlet or whats app.For example my students are texting on discord while they are playing online games with foreigners.
Question 2
My colleagues will like correction techniques because we dont know how to corrects the mistakes properly most of the time.If we know the right techniques ,we wont be afraid using writing in our class.We can include students to correct the mistakes by using special marks.Then our job may be easier.And with positive feedback,our students may be eager to write .
 Product,process and snack writing techniques were new for me .I think my friends can use them in writing classes.
 There are many apps but padlet is the most useful and enjoyable one.Students can add each other's work and comment on them.I am sure my colleaques would prefer it in their classes.

2)I want my colleaques to feel they are not abone in their problems.I want to guide or help them in their personeli development for language teaching.They can be motivated and encouraged to apply different teaching techniques. I think they will see the difference afterwards.
3.Today we have learnt the top tips for Pdc meetings.Firstly they should be SMART which stands  for spesific, measurable, achievable,realistic and time bound. Outcomes, topic warming up,time,reviewing,sharing and engaging, reflection,evaluations and closing remarks are also basics of the plan.As a facilitator I can do my best if I manage to conduct what I have learnt here.
 ASSESMENT 
The most common problems in assesment are parents, students'anxiety and stakeholders.Parents want to be in the process in central schools.For example ,in my school parents are everywhere.They are so curious about the marks,they are comparing students and classes.They want to be involved in every step of the assesment.On the contrary, families are so uninterested in  education.So They dont bother if their children are successful or not.As a result of this ss dont care anything
The other problem is students' attitude towards assesment. They Just focus on marks not learning.So they study only before the exams. As a result of this, process assesment is Hard for the teachers.

Today we have learned some techniques to teach vocabulary. At first we should give pronouncation, spelling, meaning in the context, word form, register, collocations, synonyms and antonyms of the new word. We can prepare some warm up activities like flash cards, gallery cards, onion ring and we can also engage the vocabulary activities in digitalization. There are some practical and useful web 2 tools (paper slide, quiz maker and kahoot so on) that we have learned in the class in order to attract students’ attentions for learning vocabulary.These games will help them to be fun while learning new words.In grammar part we have talked about explicit and implicit techniques.I got lots of techniques. Loom was quiet useful .I will definitely use it both in my Pdc meetings and classes.
2 question
