I usually have coffee with arepa and eggs for breakfast. Then, I pack my things and turn on my motorcycle to go to work. I travel every day of the week from Timbio to Popayan, and it takes me approximately 45 minutes to get to my job. At 1 pm, we have free time for lunch. I usually take lunch from my house to the office. I usually have rice with potatoes, meat and salad for lunch, I also drink fruit juice.

Routine description
 
 1. What time do you get up?
 • every day in the week I get up at 5 o'clock, but on the weekend I get up later, at around 7 o’clock.

 • I have breakfast at 6 o'clock

 • I have for breakfast eggs, coffee, bread and a fruits.
 4. How do you get to work?
 • I get to my work in my motorcycle.

·       Es muy importante ya que me ayuda a crecer de forma personal y profesional, el inglés es el idioma más utilizado en muchos lugares del extranjero.
¿Por qué? ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? 
·       Se abren más puertas si manejamos otro idioma tan importante como lo es el inglés, conectarnos con otras personas, conocer sobre distintas culturas, tener más oportunidades laborales y poder buscar empleo en otro país, podemos enseñar lo aprendido a nuestros hijos y así formarlos desde pequeños.

·        Es un aprendizaje de mucha importancia ya que desarrollamos nuevas habilidades que nos abrirán puertas tanto en nuestra vida personal como laboral y profesional, el inglés es un idioma muy importante ya que podemos conectarnos con diferentes culturas en el mundo.
