         <description><![CDATA[<div>ZAMBO RIPE WITH MILK<br>Ingredients:<br> 1 ripe medium zambo<br> 1 cup water<br> 3 cup milk<br> 4 cups of thick honey<br> 4 cinnamon sticks<br> 1 tablespoon cornmeal heated<br>Preparation:<br>First, separate the pulp and cook with water. Stir constantly. Then add cinnamon to the mix. The pulp should be smooth and even. Then whisk in the cold milk a tablespoon of flour and stir in the beaten pulp. Add the honey, stir with a wooden spoon. Finally, rectifies the sweet taste. Serve in cups zambo. Garnish with cinnamon.<br><br></div>]]></description>
