1) My electronics and brain are often lagging
2) I'm usually troubleshooting or trying to 'revive' my electronics so it will take time, though there are some cases where I can do nothing to resolve the issues. For the brain, it commonly happens when I need to listen for a prolonged period of time (normally with no visual aids), so I try to refocus from time to time.
3) The first thing would be to be understanding. I can't control what my electronics do, and yes, it does bothers me as well when it inconveniences others. I do try as much as possible to get back or resolve what is possible or within my jurisdiction. The second thing might be to provide alternatives I can try if certain things do not work? My own knowledge is quite limited, so others might know what I can try. The last thing is summarize the key points since the lagging on my end makes it very difficult for me to catch every word or even the entire discussion.

The squad's topic is on environmental sustainability. We began the day with analyzing the different sectors, then we applied various methods from design-thinking (5 Whys framework, problem-solution fit) to derive the root cause of our assigned sector. We ended the day with crafting questions to ask our Resource Specialist tomorrow to find out more.

In our group, I also learnt a lot about environment sustainability which I would normally not think of. many of the things we do in daily lives are contributing badly to environment. we managed to finish all our tasks and got to know more about each other

- i enjoyed spending our break time tgt, while learning a bit more of each other (v fun hehe)
- striving for sustainability is not the most difficult thing if everyone plays a part - which can be as small as just skipping the usage of single-use plastic
- playing 2 truths 1 lie was fun ^__^

3 things you learnt / enjoyed today
- Thrift stores so far only cater to women, there isn't many options for men to choose from
- YCS 4 senses cater to different parts of what volunteers consider to be important (varying in importance for each volunteer)
- Volunteer management is crucial especially to understand struggles not addressed during the events, reflections often help us figure out how people are feeling or thinking

2 things Castellum did well today
- Efficient in completing tasks (on time!)
- Seem to have very low energy, but pulled through and discussions were meaningful

1 goal you have for tomorrow!
- I hope I manage to bring back findings from the knowledge-in-action portion, so that the squad is able to learn more from the environmental sector even if they're attending other sectors'
