A person who is already drunk may not stay inside of a bar or enter a bar if they're already drunk.<br><strong>In Connecticut, in order for stores to sell pickles, they must be able to bounce. According to a Galesburg police officer, “I suspect the trick riding ordinance came during a time or concern about bicyclist safety and perhaps crashes involving bicyclists.” It is seldom enforced.<br><strong>Kansas: No snowballs<br>It is illegal to throw snowballs</strong> in Topeka, Kansas.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In Iowa you cannot throw a brick onto a highway. This Corn State law seems to be written in stone. Highway brick throwing is banned unless you have written permission from the City Council. It's suspected that it all started with snowballs, but officials thought to include stones and bricks.<br>In Louisiana it's illegal to send a surprise pizza. Sending an unprompted pizza is considered harassment, but we sure do wish this would happen more to <em>us</em>!
