There is something in this song as well as the other songs, especially Elvis when it comes to the production/modern aspects of music where there would be the main singer and then the female singers humming in the background and that high pitched emotional violin. The title lonely boy connecting to the era of teen pop was very fitting for its time and most teenagers in general.
