Lim Nari. The name given to her by her birth parents. The ones who were supposed to love her and shelter her until the ripe age of 18 but no. Instead they tossed her aside into foster care at the age of 11 because they could not handle her demeanor. What demeanor you might ask? Her closed off isolated personality that had no interest in anything but the lovely world some call the internet. Her parents had such high expectations for her as she was the oldest in her family (Though she always assumed she was an only child). They wanted her to be some top-notch doctor or a lawyer but she had very little interest in school. Doing the minimum for passable grades for school but she certainly was not dumb. One can say she lacks empathy or emotions at all, but how can she be sad by the fact her birth parents always told her she was easily replaceable.

She exceled in the art of hacking at a young age of 13, using the school PCs as she liked because bouncing around from foster home to foster home did not mean having a computer of her own. At first, she tried to hack her way into finding out more about her own birth parents but that led her down a path of utter confusion. Her mother, disgustingly, had another child when Nari was 6 years old but had decided to give away the child for adoption. Nari remembered a time when her mother was away from home for a few months which her father stated was for work purposes. This revelation had turned her world upside down but it also made sense to her. Why the high expectations and the need for her to be “normal”. Her sister was given the world from what she could gather. But she wanted to know more about her.

This spiraled into Nari starting her own little business in high school. Doing some shady work for any students who wanted boyfriends’ messages checked or maybe a grade changed on an assignment. She earned her way to getting her own place once she turned 18. Though obviously, she had done a little more than just small school projects to earn that money. Let’s just say she may have also done a few dealings for the cops and the mafia under the guise of Spider Lily. She had no reason to share her identity to them despite those organizations wanting to know so badly. They would have to pay extra for that information.

Things seem to be looking up for Nari, but yet why does she have this uneasy feeling inside her. Why is she waking up in the strangest parts of her place? Why does she have sticky notes posted on her bedroom mirror telling her that her life is going to fall apart soon? Why?
