I would assume the attitudes are more negative than positive. Attitudes vary as well in my area. I personally dislike school but my sister loves school. Hang out with people who enjoy school so they can learn what is common and what is not. Instead of saying just professor, include the teachers last name. Foreign exchange students could also wear there own clothes instead of a uniform.

Others schools in my area are both different and similar to my school. They are different because they don't have different academy but they still have the same classes as other schools. Schools in Spanish-speaking countries are similar and different to my school. They speak Spanish and we speak English but they are taught the same things as us. Some schools in my area are Monroe, Porter Ridge, Piedmont, and Weddington. These schools have most of the same classes but aren't academy based. Some schools are more formal. Some students do take classes that I don't take.

From what I read is that the attitude toward school is more like they are babysitting rather then learning the topic. A lot of people hate school but I sort of enjoy it because most of my classes are things I have chosen because I am interested in them. Some suggestions I would give a exchange student would be to call the teacher by there last name and typically in public high schools they do not have uniforms so they could wear what they want. Also they do not have to stand every time a teacher enters the room. I would also tell them that most of class time is learning rather then lecturing.

Suggestions I would give to a student form Mexico City to adjust to my school is to not be super uptight, just have respect for your teachers and the other students and don't cause trouble and you should be fine.

In general, everyone is less formal, so they should get used to teachers calling them by their first name. They should address the teachers as Miss/Mister and then their last name. They should also prepare to have teachers lecture a lot less, as the classes are more interactive. They should also get used to there not being uniforms in most places.

Our schools do not have uniforms to wear each day we go to class instead we have a dress code where we can only wear clothes that go to the dress code.Sun valley for example is very similar to central academy comparing to the dress code but is different because sun valley starts around a hour before us.Yes there are some other students that take different classes than me. Very serious to school and wanting to learn the curriculum and information. You should talk to teachers and other students to know people and become friends with them.

Our schools are different from schools in Spanish-speaking countries, because they are less formal. Most schools in my area do not require school uniforms, and the students can form personal relationships with their teachers and their classmates. For example, at my school we have academy teachers who you spend most of your time with. You get to know the teacher, and the teacher gets to know you. Schools like Sun Valley have uniforms like in Spanish-speaking countries, but we do not.

They also have more classes than we have.
1. I would inform them about why and when we stand for the pledge
2. One thing they should change is their uniform policy so they could be able to express themselves as much as they want as long as they fit dress code. Second thing they should do is make the school system to more benefits the students more as well as letting them talk more than listening to a lecture.I also think they should change the teachers to be less formal with their students and not call them by their last name. The next thing they should do is make the students have less days of schools in places like Chile and Columbia. Then they should implement them to have less lectures in their classes.
